Our Goals

our goals SLYT

South London Youth Theatre has a long history of producing full scale theatrical productions for local children and teenagers, alongside our ever popular classes in Acting, Singing and Dancing.  Actor/Director Spencer James, noticed that there was a demand in the area for professional standard drama training.  Our goal is simple, to expose children and teenagers to the thrill of acting and live theatre in a professional environment.Whether you attend our weekly drama classes or Summer intensive simply for fun or with a view to progressing into the acting industry, our classes aim to develop your talents and techniques in a professional atmosphere.

Our links with the acting industry mean that guest practitioners are often invited in to work with our students and build on their knowledge and understanding of the business.
